Job Description
The McMurray Group of Companies is seeking a Restaurant Manager to start immediately for their A&W Restaurants franchise location in 100 Mile House, BC. This role involves all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring profitability. Requirements
- Balance key goals – high quality, speed of service and cost control
- Schedules staff and make sure all equipment is in good condition
- Recruits and hires staff and ensures safety
- Complete daily, weekly, and period accounting administration
- Manage inventory control, ordering, and cost control
