Field Service Engineer - Desktop Support and Printer Break Fix. 6 month rolling contract. Provide break/fix support for printers, MFPs, laptops, desktops, and associated hardware. Travel to various customer locations across the UK as required.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- No restrictions that would preclude gaining UK Security Clearance (SC).
- Flexibility to work variable start and finish times depending on business needs.
- Proven experience as a printer and MFP engineer, including repair to board level.
- Demonstrated ability to repair laptops and desktops to board level; vendor certifications highly advantageous (e.g., Lenovo, HP, Dell).
- Hands-on experience providing desk side support (L1) for Windows environments.
- Experience with hands-and-feet network support, including replacing switches, patching, and hardware swaps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
