Tax Lawyer

A&L Goodbody's Tax team is seeking to hire an experienced qualified Tax Lawyer with 2-5 years PQE for the Dublin team. The Tax team works with leading corporates and financial institutions providing Irish taxation advisory and transactional services.

Requirements

• 2-5 years relevant PQE within a corporate law firm
• Qualified lawyer and professional tax/accounting qualification
• Involved in international tax and cross border planning, mergers and acquisitions, tax controversy, capital markets, private equity transactions, transfer pricing, asset and project finance, and real estate tax
