Job Description
A&L Goodbody is seeking ambitious Solicitors with a passion for the Finance, Energy, and Infrastructure practice area. The ideal candidate will have experience in banking/financing, security documents, and team leadership. The team operates at a large scale, advising on large and complex financing transactions across various sectors, including offshore wind, interconnectors and renewable energy.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of LMA based facility agreements and intercreditor agreements.
- Confidence in producing and negotiating security documents and ancillary finance documents.
- Comfort managing and mentoring junior members of the team.
