As a Debtor Account Manager, you will be responsible for the daily acquisition of claims, processing incoming payments, and monitoring open items. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to clarify accounts and ensure timely processing.

Requirements

• Commercial apprenticeship
• Initial professional experience in debt collection accounting or a comparable activity
• Fluency in French (writing and speaking) and good English skills
• MS Office skills
• Analytical thinking and numeracy
