AI Grantwriting Associate - Apply Team

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-obsessed AI Grantwriting Associate to help us develop the best AI grantwriting tool on the market. The role involves hands-on data entry, process refinement, and collaboration with the Product and Engineering teams to enhance automation and user experience.

Requirements

• Track, analyze and report user trends to the Product team and broader Content Team
• Source funder application data and enter it into our database
• Work with the Apply Product Team to design and implement new procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency standards
• Own exciting side projects that contribute to user experience of the Apply tool
• Triage with users and funders with care and empathy
• Strategize with the Content team to define and execute on annual and quarterly goals
• Attention to detail
• Adaptability with technology
