Job Description
9fin is a fast-growing startup that is revolutionizing the debt capital markets with its proprietary technology. The company is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team, reporting to the General Counsel. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial contracting, company secretarial management, and privacy and digital regulatory work, with a focus on GDPR compliance.
Requirements
- English qualified solicitor with 5 or more years PQE at a reputable law firm or an established in-house legal team
- Experience in commercial in-house work, including contract review and negotiation
- Regulatory exposure to key regulatory laws, such as GDPR and DORA
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under time pressure
- Strong attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving skills
