We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our best in class care team.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the US
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience providing care to patients with cardiometabolic conditions
• Geographically located in the US
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient safety in a virtual care setting
