Visual Arts Teaching Artist

We are seeking a diverse pool of Teaching Artists who can share their practice with learners at all stages of life and ability. Our Art Center hosts nearly 200 classes a week, in person or virtually, and offers a range of courses in various art forms.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience in a youth or adult education setting, particularly with older adult learners
• Ability to differentiate teaching to learners of diverse abilities and levels
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to present information in an engaging, interactive way

Benefits

• Per Diem Compensation Range: $44 - $72/hour
