Requirements
- Experience clipping live streams, gaming content, or YouTube videos
- Strong sense of what makes a moment shareable
- Fast turnaround — you can deliver same-day clips
- Familiar with short-form platforms (TikTok, Shorts, Reels)
- Basic editing skills (subtitles, cuts, pacing)
- Available to work flexibly around stream schedules
