Job Description
829 Studios is seeking a Managing Director, Web & Brand to lead, inspire, and grow their web and branding practice. This role involves developing strategic vision, leading teams, and ensuring client success through innovative digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in digital agencies
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personas, user journeys, and UX audits
- Proven track record building and scaling CRO practices
- First-hand experience creating and presenting strategy deliverables
- Strong understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies
- Experience with digital marketing, analytics, personalization, and CRM platforms
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
