Job Description
The Finance Manager, Financial Reporting will be responsible for managing the Financial Reporting, Cash Management & Treasury, and Governance workstream, as well as leading and developing a team of finance professionals. The role requires a strong background in financial accounting, leadership, and people management skills, as well as expertise in various financial systems and tools.
Requirements
- Degree in or professional qualification in Accountancy
- At least 8 years in financial accounting experience and leading a team
- Member of ISCA is preferred
- Good communication, interpersonal and business partnering skills
- Demonstrate leadership skills and people management skills
- Performance driven
- High level of integrity for financial stewardship
- Meticulous, analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Business Acumen
- Stakeholder relationship and management skills
- Demonstrate continuous improvement mindset
- Well versed in excel, power point, visualization tools
- System knowledge in OCS, Tagetik and Qliksense
