Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at McKinsey. As a Business Analyst, you will work in teams to identify and implement solutions for client problems, and help clients make lasting improvements to their performance.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or masters degree or 1+ years of work experience after completing your undergraduate degree
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment
• Ability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and local office language(s)
• Capability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
