Interim Valuation Surveyor

The post holder will support the Head of Property Services in ensuring the first-class delivery of property asset valuations.

Requirements

• Support the Head of Property Services in ensuring the first-class delivery of property asset valuations.
• Undertake the Councils valuation requirements including general valuation advice, development site valuations, Asset Valuations and any other valuations as required.
• Undertake unaccompanied site visits of sites (including construction sites) and buildings.
• Handle and respond to finance and audit enquiries relating to asset valuations.
• Manage a caseload of asset valuation work and support other team members.
