Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and driven Treatment Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the entire patient experience, from their first call to post-treatment follow-up.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental office, with patient-facing sales experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative sales skills
- Ability to educate and guide patients while balancing care, empathy, and the business side of treatment
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with dental software and Microsoft Office
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to excellent patient care
