Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline from an accredited university
- 2 years of experience in construction oversight or contractor-side project engineering in private, public, government or military environment
- Strong knowledge of construction management practices, safety programs, and contractor coordination
- Proficiency with project scheduling and cost control tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with facility systems such as HVAC, utilities, and electrical distribution
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent)
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Experience with pharmaceutical, medical device, or other highly regulated industries
