Job Description
This Lead Full Stack Developer (Individual Contributor) role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable software solutions. The individual contributor will be hands-on in building and maintaining applications, services, and databases, ensuring performance, security, and reliability through modern development practices. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a critical role in raising technical standards.
Requirements
- Education in Computer Science or a related field with equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- 3+ years of experience owning or leading complex projects.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS3, HTML5, and libraries like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Strong experience with REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Strong experience with SQL and DBMS technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and related services.
- Experience working with Nginx or Apache on Linux environments.
- Experience with Git workflows and version control tools.
- Exposure to ETL/ELT pipelines and tools.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
