Job Description
The role of the Maintenance Mechanic is to perform maintenance at their assigned property in accordance with company standards.
Requirements
- Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Working knowledge of tools, including hand and electrical tools
- Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of safety practices and procedures
- Proficient in basic office computer software including internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work an on-call schedule and be available during emergencies if required
