Mechanical Technician

360 IT Professionals is seeking a Mechanical Technician to work in Pittsburg, CA. The successful candidate will read assembly and mechanical drawings, install mechanical components, and work with a variety of tools and equipment. The position is full-time and requires availability to work in the second shift.

Requirements

• Read assembly and mechanical drawings
• Ability to work using written work instruction
• Install mechanical components
• Disassemble and remove existing mechanical components
• Read, set and correctly use torque wrench
• Utilize wide variety of tools and equipment proficiently and safely
• Ability to work with mechanical and electrical machines
• Ability to work with tools (hand, power, pneumatic air etc.)
• Operate any equipment needed to perform job, such as, forklifts
• Maintain all tools and equipment in good working order
• Perform general housekeeping
• Perform additional duties as needed
• Follow direction of Production and Testing Supervisors
• Availability to work in second shift
