Requirements
- Organizational, communication, customer service, and team work skills
- Experience with ticketing systems and asset databases
- 2-3 years of progressively responsible work in installing, maintaining, and supporting computer hardware, Operating Systems, and software
- Microsoft Windows 7, 8, and later, and Microsoft Office software experience
- Ability to work with minimal direction and within a team environment
- Valid CA driver's license
- Ability to lift 35 pounds computer equipment without assistance
