Requirements

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Maintain and update assigned accounts in collections system
• Negotiate payment arrangements
• Accurately update customer account information
• Verify and confirm account details
• Process secure payments
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate professionally with consumers, attorneys, and third-party representatives
• Ensure adherence to federal and state laws
• Assist with team projects
