We are looking for a driven and passionate professional Junior Promo Marketing Manager team member to join us! The role involves supporting Promo Managers and the Team Lead in building and maintaining promo campaigns, as well as providing customer support via Jira tickets.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in the iGaming industry: Customer support, Casino Coordinator, or Compliance Coordinator;
- Proven proficiency in Excel, Jira, and the Microsoft Office suite;
- Proven professional proficiency in English is a must. Knowledge of any other languages would be an asset;
- High communication skills, the ability to organize a day-to-day task, a willingness to learn, and a curious mind are a must-have;
