Assistant Manager, Legal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Legal Manager to join our regional legal team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between Vietnam’s evolving fintech/finance regulatory environment and our regional business strategy.

Requirements

• Regulatory Advisory: Monitor, analyze, and advise on Vietnam-specific regulations governing payments, e-wallets, banking, and data protection
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements
• Liaison: Act as the local legal representative when interacting with external counsel, local regulators, and internal stakeholders in Singapore
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential legal risks in new product launches or service expansions and propose practical mitigation strategies
