Job Description
W Health is seeking an Associate to join their India's first healthcare-focused venture studio, 2070Health. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, candidate management, and strategic initiatives focused on building talent pools and fostering a positive work environment. The Associate will independently handle hiring tasks and collaborate with a recruitment team.
Requirements
- Preparing a formal job description and search strategy
- Preparing detailed assessment reports
- Presenting in-depth reference check reports
- Formalizing compensation break-up reports
- Identifying candidates through various tools (industry networks, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conducting comprehensive interviews
- Analysing candidate profiles and career paths
- Leading initiatives to build a talent pool
