Requirements

• Must-Have Skills:
• - 1-3 years of experience in a NOC or IT support role.
• - Hands-on experience with RMM platforms, Windows Server, Office 365, and ticketing systems.
• - Strong troubleshooting experience with LAN/WAN networking technologies.
• - 1-3 years of experience with MS Windows workstations.
• - Strong analytical and communication skills, with a customer service mindset.
• - Ability to multi-task and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
