Job Description
1906 is seeking a Market Manager for their New York dispensary channel, reporting to the Head of Sales. This role involves leading dispensary growth, building relationships with buyers and staff, and driving sales performance. The Market Manager will be responsible for executing activation programs, maintaining CRM records, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in territory sales, account management, or retail partnerships (cannabis, CPG, wellness, adult beverage preferred)
- Proven track record managing both off-premise and on-premise retail relationships
- Experience working with CRM tools and understanding sales data
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and self-direction
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for statewide travel
- Weekend availability for events and retail activations
- Age 21+
