Dialing Agent

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Dialing Agent to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, handling inquiries, and issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Good to have at least 1 - 2 years of experience doing outbound calls in a BPO/high-volume environment
• Must be open to graveyard shift/shifting schedules
• Preferably someone with experience in Customer Service, Voice based Support, very good communication skills, and good stability
• Should not be jumping jobs
• Must have a laptop or desktop which meets the minimum qualifications
