SDC / Contract Administrator Construction Project Manager

Project Manager will be responsible for the overall project and project management, creating risk management and project controls plans, and participating in all phases of the construction life cycle. This role involves overseeing all construction projects from design to new construction, modifying existing infrastructures, managing bids, and approving subcontractor proposals. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders and on-site oversight to ensure projects are completed safely and effectively.

Requirements

• Attend construction meetings as required.
• Assist the Client and Construction Manager in obtaining a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the project.
• Prepare punch lists based on our observation reports.
• Technical Skills: Orientation to detail required by specifications, drawings, AHJ, Codes of Construction, or any other contract documents. Thorough examination of contract documents and subcontractor submittals is a requirement of the role.
