Job Description
1000heads is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their Client Services team in London. The role involves managing and growing client relationships, developing innovative campaign ideas, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a passion for strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience account handling, creative development or client facing project management experience
- Delivering digital & social campaigns
- Cross market campaign activation
- Line management experience
- Ability to analyse and resolve problems quickly and effectively
- Strong listening skills
- Understanding of social media
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
