BambooHR's REST API covers HR and applicant tracking data for one company, authenticated with an API key from a user in that company's account.
It offers
- Applicant tracking endpoints for that company's jobs and applications.
- API keys created by a user inside the company's BambooHR account.
It doesn't
- No key, no data. It only reads companies that give you a key.
- No list of the companies that use it. You need each company's identifier before you can call anything.
- One company per request. No search or filtering across employers.
- Its own schema. Combining it with another ATS means writing a second integration and a mapping layer.
