We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the restaurant manager in the operational management of an XIAO restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, managing, and leading the restaurant, as well as developing and motivating the team.

• Experience in system gastronomy in a comparable position
• Good English language skills
• In-depth business knowledge
• Outstanding entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as analytical thinking
• Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to set the right priorities
• Very high workload capacity and strong performance willingness
