Business Process Owner Senior - IP Experience Management

As a Business Process Owner Senior for Insurance Professional Experience, you will plan, direct, and coordinate activities for complex processes, including problem definition, evaluation of requirements, design, testing, and implementation of business processes. You will have a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week and can be based in San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Chesapeake, VA or Tampa, FL.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree
• 6 years business process execution/knowledge/experience, consulting, and/or process engineering/optimization
• Experience in successfully applying quality management, process improvement, and problem-solving tools and methodologies
• Experience in implementing and sustaining change/improvements (change champion)
• Hands on experience with Process Mapping and Modeling and creating and validating process documentation
• Experience in the application of process management standards and policies, and knowledge of applicable regulations and risk management practices
• Demonstrated experience with Lean, Business Process Management, or similar methodology
• Demonstrated experience with utilizing various systems to collect and analyze data
• Insurance Industry Expertise: 4-6 years insurance products experience, sales and service processes, and achieving strategic objectives
• Process Design: Experience managing end-to-end business process design, ensuring alignment with compliance, operational efficiency, and member experience goals
• Risk & Compliance Focus: Experience ensuring Insurance Professional (contact center) processes meet strategic goals while maintaining robust risk mitigation, compliance, and regulatory adherence
• KPI Management & Data Analysis: Experience establishing, analyzing performance data to drive improvements, and enhancing member experience
• Certifications: Business Process Owner/Insurance related certifications (Lean Six Sigma yellow/green belt, SAFe Agile, Change Management, CPM, PMP, AINS, CPCU, etc.)
• Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve objectives
• Travel: Ability to travel into a Regional Office location periodically based on business need
