Upper Manhattan Mental Health Center Inc, operating as the Emma L. Bowen Community Service Center, is a nonprofit organization delivering comprehensive mental health and holistic care to families, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors in northern Manhattan. The center offers outpatient and residential substance abuse treatment, a therapeutic preschool for young children, and a Health Home Care Management Program that coordinates outreach, enrollment, and ongoing support for clients.

Care Management Supervisor
Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field with 2+ years of experience in healthcare services
Outreach Care Coordinaor
High school diploma, 1 year of experience in outreach, and experience working with Medicaid or vulnerable populations
Bilingual Mental Health Therapist
Master's in Mental Health Field with LMSW/LCSW/LMHC license. Fluent in Spanish/English & Bilingual. Background checking/NCLEX/LPCA (if applicable)
Registered Nurse
New York State RN Licensure, Graduate from an approved accredited school, 1 year Psychiatric RN experience
Special Education Teacher (Master's Level)
Master’s degree in Special Education plus successful completion of LAST, ATS, and Students with Disabilities exams. Familiarity with IEPs is also required. Knowledge of behavior and disabilities is expected
Bilingual Nurse Practitioner
NY state license required for psychiatric nurse practitioner. Master's degree in nursing is necessary. Must be a certified Board Psy. Nurse Practitioner in NY
Substance Use Counselor (Addiction Treatment Services)
Bilingual Spanish preferred. CASAC-T/L license/LM/CSW/LMHC and 1-4 years experience. Comfort w/ telemedicine
Substance Abuse Counselor (ABLE House)
Bachelor's degree req. 2+ yrs in Suburb abuse services, Counseling experience, & good communication skills
Occupational Therapist (Therapeutic Preschool)
1+ yrs OT exp. Master’s degree required. NYS OT license and license in progress
Social Worker Bilingual
Masters in Social Work with State CSW certification. 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred; fluency in Spanish is a must
