Job Description
Bowhead is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Tyndall Air Force Base, FL., assisting with the administration of operations for boat operations, logistical support of small craft, and procurement. The position is contingent upon contract award.
Requirements
- 3+ years professional experience including office assistance and administrative functions
- 2+ years professional experience including basic ordering/contract-review experience
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks in varying environments
