Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field. Current PT license & CPR certification needed. 6 months of experience in long-term care preferred
Director of Rehab PT
Bachelor's or Master's degree in PT or related field. Current PT license or PTA. Valid CPR certification and valid driver’s license
LPN
Accredited LPN school graduate, valid LPN license, and CPR certification required. 6 months long term care experience is preferred
CNA I
High school diploma required; CNA certification and CPR are needed. Experience in long-term care is preferred.
Registered Nurse
RN graduate with current licensure. CPR certification is required. 6 months long-term care experience preferred
Nursing Asst in Training
