Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Data Center to lead the delivery of complex data centre projects. The role requires deep expertise in data centre design and construction, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing discipline-specific scopes within large-scale or multidisciplinary projects
- Strong technical understanding of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and compliance requirements
- Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills within a collaborative project environment
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, BIM) and financial tracking systems
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, Chartered Engineer) are advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Korean
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
