Senior UX Designer

TripArc is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our growing team. We translate user insights and business needs into thoughtful product experiences that support evolving platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Identify user needs, explore and prototype solutions, test ideas, and refine designs with data and user feedback.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the market and competitive landscape as part of the discovery process.
• Work closely with UX, product and development teams and stakeholders to develop solutions to new problems while bringing consistency, simplicity, and ease-of-use to the experience of our products.
• Deliver high-quality visual design across features, ensuring clarity, consistency, and craftsmanship.
• Document detailed interaction models and UI specifications.
• Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency and coherence across all our platforms and promote the best UI practices to other designers, engineers, and product owners.
• Balance business goals with user needs when designing solutions, ensuring that your solutions drive impact for both.
