Job Description
Tremco is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to oversee the construction and repair of commercial roofing projects. The role involves ensuring safety, managing crews, managing inventory, reviewing project pricing, and documenting performance. It requires a strong understanding of roofing systems and experience in the industry.
Requirements
- Conduct daily onsite safety brief with Sales Rep, Crew, and WTI Supervisor.
- Inspect and identify safety concerns.
- Manage start and end times for projects.
- Order, track, and monitor inventory.
- Review project pricing over $5,000.
