Job Description
PickleballTV is seeking an experienced Broadcast Engineer to support live studio productions, post-production, streaming platforms, and infrastructure upgrades. This role involves maintaining and innovating within a cutting-edge live sports broadcast environment, ensuring seamless delivery of over 2,000 hours of live sports programming annually from around the globe. The position requires a highly skilled and passionate individual.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in broadcast television engineering
- Proven leadership ability and exceptional communication skills
- Strong understanding of modern broadcast technology
- Extensive experience with Avid, EVS, and cloud-based media workflows
- Expertise in automation systems for live production
- Hands-on experience with installation and optimization of SMPTE 2110 broadcast systems
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other shifts
