Job Description
Tealium is seeking a RVP, Sales - EMEA South to lead and grow the sales business across Spain, Italy, Portugal, and the Middle East. The role will manage a team of Account Executives and work closely with the VP & GM of EMEA to drive revenue growth, strategic account engagement, and accurate sales forecasting.
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience in Southern Europe, the Middle East, or a comparable international market
- Track record of managing and scaling high-performing sales teams in a B2B enterprise software environment
- Strong understanding of account management, enterprise sales cycles, complex solution selling, and accurate sales forecasting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in a cross-cultural, multi-lingual environment; fluency in English required, additional languages a plus
