Job Description
Become part of our Project Management Circle in the Customer Success Team and play an active role in shaping the introduction of our SYNAOS IMP management system at leading customers.
Requirements
- Independent management of customer projects for the introduction of our SYNAOS IMP control system
- Creation and maintenance of project plans (e.g., Gantt charts), resource and communication plans
- Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders (customers, FTF manufacturers, development, management)
- Identification and management of risks, dependencies, and conflicting goals
- Translation of customer requirements into technical specifications in close coordination with the development team
- Management of customer-specific enhancements and coordination of tests and go-live phases
