Job Description
As Head of Solution Engineering, you will lead a new business unit, advising customers on intralogistics solutions and building a high-performing team. You will develop solution concepts, provide professional advice, and work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- Completed technical degree in mechanical engineering, automation, industrial engineering, or comparable field
- Several years of experience in intralogistics, ideally in concept development or process analysis
- Initial experience in leading and developing teams, as well as excellent communication and networking skills
- Very good understanding of intralogistics methods and automated logistics systems
- Interest in technologies such as mobile robots, automated material flows, and software architectures
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Business fluent German and English skills
- Willingness to travel to customers, partners, and events
