Principal Scientist to Director, Structural Biology

In this role, you will join a motivated team of scientists contributing to pipeline projects with a focus on determining structures of drug targets in complex with molecules, to influence all stages of our drug discovery efforts. In addition, you will be involved in making innovative contributions to understand the fundamental regulatory mechanisms of drug targets by structural biology.

Requirements

• D in biological science, protein chemistry or structural biology with at least 5 years of industry experience
• Experience in designing and implementing experiments in a logical and consistent manner
• Strong desire to develop skills in a multidisciplinary environment
• Highly motivated, results driven individual with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to work in geographically distributed teams
• Ability to collaborate. Work cross functionally with other groups, CROs, and academic labs is essential to this role.
• Proactive, hands-on style, possessing strong individual drive.
