We're hiring a Head of Player Experience to elevate the experience on our sportsbook and casino. As a key part of our operations team, you'll own customer service and work with various teams to keep our daily processes smooth.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in operations, customer service or admin roles – ideally in tech, consumer apps, or betting.
- Experience with sportsbook platforms, trading tools or iGaming operations.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends (time off in lieu provided).
