HEALTH & DISABILITIES COORDINATOR
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in public health, nursing, health education, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years' experience supervising physicians and other provider staff, Must be a graduate of an Accredited School of Medicine, Must be licensed by the State of Washington Medical Board
MEDICAL ASSISTANT(S) - CERTIFIED
High school diploma or GED, Certified Medical Assistant, and Basic Life Support certification required
FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER
Requires a Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctoral degree in Nursing (DNP) from an accredited college or university. At least one (1) year of experience as Nurse Practitioner in outpatient setting
MENTAL HEALTH CLINICAL COUNSELOR
Master's degree with ability to obtain licensure in WA. Experience working with diverse mental health issues and ability to provide substance abuse/addictions education
PHARMACY TECHNICIAN
Certified pharmacy technician with critical thinking skills and experience in outpatient pharmacy setting
PERSONAL CARE PROVIDER
High School Diploma or equivalent, over 18, valid driver license, and first-aid/CPR certification
