We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor to manage the front office team, handle guest care, and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in the luxury hotel industry and strong German and English language skills.
Requirements
- Shift management and representation of Front Office Management in its absence
- Control of daily room allocation and close coordination with Reservations
- Daily coordination with Housekeeping to ensure smooth operations
- Assignment, training, and professional leadership of Reception staff
- Active guest care including handling of damage reports and complaints
- Offering room prices and active upselling
- Ensuring correct charging, control, and complete settlement of guest accounts
- Monitoring of cash management including bar payment media at shift start and end
- Participation in operational daily business (check-in/check-out, telephone service)
- Ensuring a representative appearance of the Front Office
