Director, Sales & Operations

Scientific Games is seeking a Director of Sales and Operations to lead the NM SGEP team. The Director will provide strategic planning services to the lottery, develop sales plans, and manage the site's P&Ls and capital budgeting. The role requires strong leadership skills, financial management experience, and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience managing a team
• 8 years of related work experience
• Financial management, budget development and reporting experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management skills
