Job Description
Scale AI is hiring an Engagement Manager to lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for customers in the public sector. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles, a basic understanding of ML operations, and a willingness to travel 50% of the time.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 3+ years of work experience succeeding in stakeholder management or customer-facing role
- Basic understanding of the ML operations process
- Track record of structured, analytics-driven problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time to Europe, the Pacific, or the Middle East
