Workday and HR Technology Lead / Responsable Workday et technologies RH

Sagard is seeking a Workday and HR Technology Lead to own and elevate our HR technology ecosystem. This role will lead the strategy, optimization, and execution of Workday and related HR technology, with a focus on data quality, reporting, analytics, integrations, and digital employee experience.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday and related HR technology tools
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Proven track record of improving data quality, building reporting capabilities, and driving operational efficiencies
• Experience with integrations, data pipelines, and low-code or automation tools
• Comfort experimenting with emerging AI capabilities in a responsible and measured way
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and partner at all levels
• High level of judgement and discretion with sensitive information
