The CS Parts Coordinator is responsible for overseeing parts ordering, receiving, cataloging, inventory, and reconciliation. This position will also process Purchase Orders and Vendor payment requests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two or more years of inventory and parts administration/clerical functions preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written
- Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up practices
- Acute Attention to detail
- Ability to keep accurate and up-to-date records and logs
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and persuade others (internal and external)
- Experience using Microsoft word and Excel intermediate preferred
